the latest incarnation of "jb trying to blog" hasn't gotten off to a roaring start, but after a pep talk from todd, i'm trying to make a go of it.
I went to the NYSIA mtg on "Web 2.0: The Wave of the Future" and talked about tech and sushi with Josh Schacter, Dennis Crowley, and Fred Wilson. The panel discussion was pretty great, but NYSIA had WAY too many suits, and way too few nerds.
Bad Signs for a Tech Conference:
- no wifi
- a single powerstrip for 250(?) ppl
i took notes on the talk; since i can't figure out how to UL a txt file via blogger, i'll make it another post.
